Your compliance record, on your phone.
Add LLCR to your home screen straight from your browser. It opens with one tap, goes straight to your properties, and uses the account you already have. No app store and nothing to download.
Before you start, set up in your browser
Email confirmation links always open in your browser, not on your home screen. Sort your account out first and installing takes under a minute.
- 1Create your accountSign up at llcr-app.uk and confirm your email address.
- 2Log in on your phoneUse Safari on iPhone, or Chrome or Samsung Internet on Android.
- 3Add LLCR to your home screenPick your device below and follow the steps.
Choose your device
Takes under a minute. You only do this once.
Works on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16.4 or later. Safari gives the best result, but Chrome works too.
- 1Open llcr-app.uk in ChromeLog in first if you already have an account.
- 2Tap the Share iconIt's in the address bar at the top of the screen.
- 3Tap Add to Home ScreenScroll down the list if you can't see it.

Something look different?
I can't see the ··· button, but I can see a Share button
You're on an older iPhone, or Safari's tabs are set to Top or Bottom. Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up), then carry on from step 4.
Add to Home Screen isn't in the list
Scroll to the very bottom of the share list and tap Edit Actions. Find Add to Home Screen, tap the green plus next to it, then tap Done. It now appears in the list.
I opened the link from an email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Instagram
That opens a mini browser inside the app, which can't add to your home screen. Look for Open in Safari (often behind a ··· or compass button). Or copy llcr-app.uk, open Safari and paste it into the address bar.
There's no Open as Web App switch
That's fine. Older versions of iOS don't show it. Tap Add and LLCR still opens full screen from your home screen.
I can't find the icon after adding it
Swipe left to your last home screen page. Or swipe down on the home screen and search for LLCR.
It asked me to log in again
That's normal. The home screen app keeps its own login, separate from Safari. Log in once and it remembers you.
I'm on an iPad
The steps are the same. The Share button is at the top of the screen instead of the bottom.

Something look different?
I can't see Install app in the menu
Tap Add to Home screen instead. If Chrome then asks you to choose, pick Install. If you see neither, check you're on llcr-app.uk and not on a link preview.
I tapped Install but no icon appeared
Look in your full app list (swipe up from the home screen), then press and hold the LLCR icon and drag it onto your home screen. On Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO phones, go to Settings › Apps › Chrome › Other permissions and allow Home screen shortcuts, then try again.
My phone asked where to put the icon
Tap Add automatically, or press and drag the icon to where you want it.
I opened the link from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Gmail
That opens a mini browser inside the app, which can't install anything. Tap ⋮ and choose Open in Chrome (or Open in browser). Or copy llcr-app.uk and paste it into Chrome.
I use Firefox
Tap ⋮, then Install, then Add automatically.
Nothing happens when I tap Install

In LLCR on your computer, open Settings and scan the QR code with your phone's camera. It takes you straight to the login page, ready to install.
Still stuck?
Every phone is a little different. Two quick ways to get unstuck:
How do I add https://llcr-app.uk to my home screen as an app? I'm using an iPhone with Safari.
What you can do from your phone
It's the same LLCR you use on your computer, laid out for a small screen.
See what's due at a glance
Home shows your compliance score and anything expired or due soon, across every property.
Upload a certificate on the spot
When the engineer hands over a gas safety certificate or EICR, add it to the right property straight away. PDF, JPG, PNG or Word, up to 10 MB.
A fingerprint on every file
Each document gets a SHA-256 fingerprint when it's saved, so you can show later that it hasn't been changed.
Everything urgent in one tab
Alerts lists every expired and due-soon item, so you know what to book next.
Ask Ava when you're on site
Ava opens full screen, ready for questions about your properties and the rules. Your message allowance depends on your plan.
One account, nothing to sync
Change something on your phone and it's there on your computer. There's only one copy of your records.
Good to know
Straight answers before you install.
Does it cost extra?
No. It comes with every LLCR account, including the free plan.
Is it in the App Store or Google Play?
No. You add it from your browser, so there's nothing to download and it's always the latest version.
Will I need to log in again?
Sometimes. The home screen app can keep its login separate from your browser, so it may ask you to log in the first time you open it. After that it remembers you.
Will I get reminders on my phone?
Reminders come by email, and by Telegram on plans that include it. LLCR doesn't send phone notifications yet.
Does it work without a signal?
No. LLCR needs an internet connection to load your properties and save uploads.
Can I build notices on my phone?
Yes, but Form 3A and Form 4A are long forms, so a computer or tablet is easier.
What if I remove the icon?
Your account and documents stay exactly as they are. Log in at llcr-app.uk and add it again whenever you like.
Start with your first property, free.
Your first property is free. 14-day free trial of everything else. No payment card required.
