Cancellation and Refunds

This page summarises the cancellation and refund terms from our Terms of Service (clauses 7 and 8). In the event of any conflict, the full Terms of Service take precedence.

Your 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Because LLCR is sold online (a “distance contract”), you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period:
If you have not used the Service at all → you receive a full refund.
If you have used the Service → you pay only for the days used, calculated on a pro-rata basis. The remainder is refunded.
To cancel during the cooling-off period, email us at [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can use the model cancellation form in our Terms of Service, but this is not required.
Cancelling After the Cooling-Off Period
Monthly plans: You can cancel at any time through the billing section of the app or by emailing [email protected]. Your access continues until the end of your current billing month. No refund is given for the remaining days in that month.
Annual plans: Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period, except where required by law or where we have materially breached our Terms. Your access continues until the end of your annual subscription period.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. For annual subscriptions, we will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription is due to renew, giving you time to cancel if you wish.
What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends, you keep read-only access to your data for 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
We recommend exporting any data you need before your subscription expires.
Price Changes
If we increase our prices, we will give you at least 30 days’ written notice. The new price only takes effect from your next billing period after the notice expires. You can always cancel before a price increase takes effect.
Price changes will never apply to your current billing period. You will always have the opportunity to cancel before paying more.
How to Cancel
Option 1: Go to the billing section in the app and click “Cancel subscription”.
Option 2: Email [email protected] with your account email address and a request to cancel.
Option 3: Email [email protected] with a clear cancellation request.
